If you are committed to going sugar free or eating clean then you’ll be pleased to know there is a product you can add back into your pantry. It’s a delicious Sweet Balsamic Reduction by Jomeis Fine Food.
The twist to this Sweet Balsamic Reduction is it’s actually sugar free (no cane sugar- they use coconut sugar). It’s also free from artificial colours, flavours, additives and thickeners, gluten and dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, contains no GMOs and there is an organic version too.
It’s perfect on a salad like my broccoli salad with pomegranate, almonds and spinach or I used it over my slow cooked pork belly and it was amazing!
For the pork belly I rubbed salt and olive oil into the skin and then followed a simple cooking method like this one here. But it’s really the Sweet Balsamic Reduction that is the hero as it takes the flavour of the dish to a whole new level.
