Really is there anything better than unwinding after a long day on your feet in a nice relaxing bath? It’s when you get to switch off to the rest of the world and just take some ‘me’ time to rest, stop thinking and just ….chill. Heavenly!
So let me share with you some simple tips that are going to take your bathing experience to a whole new level.
Bathroom light can be very bright (which is great for putting on make up, but it’s not particularly tranquil). Create soft lighting and a calming ambiance by using candles. A scented candles would be perfect!
This is one of the BEST things you can do – add some heavenly soaking salts. I’m obsessed with the Soak Society’s wellness soak.
