Did you know Kate Middleton and I share a common bond?? Honestly, it’s true! We both love face oils. (Sorry, you probably wanted to hear about some distant relative we shared… not so.) Apparently she’s a big fan, just like me! And I know why.
They give your skin such a great hit of hydration and are packed full of antioxidants. They are my ‘must have’ product and I really can’t talk highly enough about them. The one I’ve been using most recent is Neal’s Yard Remedies Orange Flower Facial Oil, and it does not disappoint!
It’s 99% organic and contains no synthetic fragrances, colours, parabens, phthalates, carbomer, EDTA, mineral oils or a whole heap of other additives. So basically it has lots of natural goodies and no toxic nasties!
And it doesn’t just have orange flower, it has loads of other oils to make it super charged with skin loving goodness.
Organic pomegranate seed oil
Reduces signs of premature aging.
Organic evening primrose oil
Encourages healthy skin by maintaining its’ water barrier function.
Organic seabuckthon oil
High levels of vitamin c make this a powerful antioxidant
Organic macadamia seed oil
High in palmitoleic oil that is an essential component of the skin which reduces as we age. It promotes radiant skin by protecting from moisture loss.
Organic hemp seed oil
Contains fatty acids omega 3 and 6, both highly beneficial nutrients that help condition the skin.
Organic orange flowers (neroli) oil
Distilled from orange blossom and is particularly beneficial in reducing the appearances of wrinkles.
And might I add that it goes very well with a spritz of their White Tea Facial Mist which is super calming, refreshing and hydrating. I like to keep mine on my desk for a pick me up spritz to keep my skin feeling fresh and revived.
Are you a fan of facial oils? What ones are you loving?
